Built by operators.

Industrious AI was founded by operators who have run multi-site businesses, launched brands, rebuilt supply chains, and carried P&L responsibility.

Why We Started:

AI capability has advanced faster than business adoption.

Every week, new tools promise automation, insight, and efficiency. Yet inside most companies, work hasn’t become simpler. Teams are juggling more dashboards, more notifications, and more disconnected systems: while decisions still move slowly and operational bottlenecks remain.

The problem isn’t the technology. Most organisations weren’t designed to absorb AI. Processes are unclear, ownership is fragmented, and tools are introduced faster than workflows evolve. Without structure, AI adds noise instead of leverage.

We focus on applied operational AI: redesigning how work actually happens so AI can support real decisions, real teams, and measurable commercial outcomes. That means embedding inside operations, simplifying workflows, and building tools people genuinely use, not experiments that sit unused.

AI should make organisations calmer, faster, and more effective.

We exist to make that real.

About Us:

I’m Jack, founder of Industrious AI and an operations leader focused on turning complex business challenges into practical, measurable improvements.

My background spans management consulting and operational leadership within a high growth food-tech scale-up operating across hundreds of locations in the UK and Europe. I have worked at the intersection of strategy and execution, improving cost structures, redesigning operating models, and building systems that help teams perform consistently as businesses scale.

My work focuses on applying data, automation, and AI in ways that genuinely support how teams operate. Rather than introducing technology for its own sake, I design tools and workflows that improve decision quality, reduce manual coordination, and enable teams to focus on higher value work.

Through Industrious AI, I work directly with founders and leadership teams to embed practical AI and automation into day-to-day operations, delivering systems that are adopted, owned, and sustained long after implementation.

I hold a First Class Honours degree in Product Design Engineering from the University of Strathclyde, combining engineering thinking with hands-on operational experience.

I believe real improvement only happens when you work inside the operation, with the people who actually run it.

Understand the Process

We start by getting inside the operation - how work actually flows, where decisions get made, and where cost, risk, or effort is leaking out. It’s grounded in real data, real processes, and real constraints.

Build and embed

We design and implement practical AI-enabled systems that fit into how the business already runs. Work is hands-on and embedded, with scope tied to outcomes rather than abstract deliverables.

Make it really stick

We focus on adoption, governance, and handover so improvements last. Teams understand how the system works, how to run it, and how to improve it without external support.

What happens next?

A short conversation to understand your operation and whether we can help.

If there’s a fit, we’ll outline a small, outcome-led engagement.

If there isn’t, we’ll tell you quickly.

No obligation. No sales deck. Just a conversation.
